Because SalesEye is a "bring your own keys" service, live call data flows directly from your device to the third-party providers you choose. You are the customer of those providers, and your data is subject to their privacy policies:
Post-call reports, transcripts, custom triggers, battlecards, personal wins, and settings are stored locally on your device (via the Even Realities app's local storage). You can export or delete this data at any time from Settings → Backup & Restore.
Our marketing website (saleseye.app) does not use tracking cookies. The Stripe checkout flow uses Stripe's own cookies for fraud prevention.
We retain your email and subscription status while your subscription is active plus a reasonable period afterward to handle billing questions. Delete your account by emailing us and we will remove your subscription record.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Email calebphipps@saleseye.app.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
