Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SalesEye ("the Service"), operated by Caleb Phipps ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SalesEye is a real-time sales coaching application designed for Even Realities G2 smart glasses. The Service listens to sales conversations you initiate, generates coaching cues via third-party AI providers, and displays them on your glasses.

2. Subscription & Billing

Access to the Service requires an active monthly subscription of $9.99 USD (the "BYOK Plan"). Subscriptions:

Renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Are billed by Stripe, our payment processor.
Can be cancelled anytime from the app or the Stripe billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Are non-refundable for partial months.

The BYOK Plan requires you to independently provide API keys for third-party services (Deepgram, Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). Those providers bill you directly and separately.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to recording, transcribing, and analyzing conversations, including call-recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.
You will obtain any consents required from other parties before using the Service on a call.
You will not use the Service for illegal, harassing, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
You will keep your account credentials and API keys secure.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers you choose (speech-to-text, AI language models, payment processing, CRM integrations). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or acts of those providers.

5. AI-Generated Content

Coaching cues are generated by AI language models based on live transcripts. AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for what you say to prospects and how you conduct your sales conversations. Do not rely on AI-generated content as legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any specific sales outcome. Coaching cues are suggestions, not commitments about performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or its users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
